Nursery water is not an oral electrolyte solution. The water is sourced from wells or municipal water sources.

According to the bottle information, you can use the Nursery water by mixing with formula, juice, and cereal.

The company recommends using as directed by a physician or by labeling directions for use of infant formula. For mixing with infant formula, the FDA recommends boiling non-sterile water for one minute and cooling before use. After opening refrigerate and use within 7 days. Follow good hygiene during use to preserve quality. When using Nursery water, first add Nursery water to the bottle or bowl, replace the bottle cap, then add powdered formula or cereal.

According to the pH value table, each color indicates a particular pH value. During our pH test of Nursery purified water, the value of the ph balance was 6.5. That means the Nursery water is neutral.
