When we tested San Pellegrino sparkling water, the TDS contents in the water was 300-350ppm. According to the US EPA’s TDS results chart, San Pellegrino sparkling is high TDS water from the tap or mineral spring.

The pH balance in the water was 5. The water color during the test changed to the orange. That means the San Pellegrino sparkling is acidic water.
