According to the Sole water company website, Sole natural water is classified as mineral water, particularly its shallow sodium content and naturally low in minerals. Sole is alkaline water that is clean tasting and slightly sweet.
The Sole mineral water is award-winning water with a delicious taste. The Sole company offers a choice of three beautiful glass bottles to blend with and enhance any restaurant design style, whether contemporary or traditional.
You can’t find the Sole glass bottled water in the stores. We bought these fancy bottled water from one of the restaurants in Orange County, CA for our test.
Sole Mineral Water
Sole still natural mineral water has low mineral content. It is sodium-free water, sourced from an Alpine source of Italy.

Sole Mineral Water Test Results
When we tested Sole natural mineral still water, the TDS contents result was 327 ppm. According to the USA EPA’s TDS Results Chart, TDS 200 – 400ppm is considered High TDS water from a tap or mineral spring. The average tap water TDS content is 170-400. Water above 170ppm is considered hard water.
The pH balance in the water was 8. The watercolor during the test turned to a dark green color. That means Sole mineral bottled water is alkaline.

Sole Mineral Sparkling Water Test
The TDS content in Sole sparkling mineral water was 248 ppm. The TDS results chart tells us that this sparkling water is high TDS water, nearly as same as the Sole still water.
The pH balance in Sole mineral natural water was 5.5. That means Sole sparkling is acidic water.
